Results may vary based on factors outside of our control, including market conditions, location, competition, internal processes, and client follow-up.


3. Industry Experience Disclosure

Preneed Partner may reference experience or familiarity with the funeral industry. This reflects our knowledge, research, and/or prior involvement in funeral-related business environments. However, we are not acting as licensed funeral directors, legal advisors, or financial planners.


4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Timely follow-up with leads

  • Internal sales processes and closing

  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to funeral services and preneed arrangements

Preneed Partner is not responsible for missed opportunities due to lack of follow-up or internal operational issues.


5. Advertising & Lead Generation

Our services may include paid advertising (e.g., Facebook, Google) and digital funnels.
Clients acknowledge that:

  • Advertising performance can fluctuate

  • Lead quality may vary

  • Platform policies and algorithms may change at any time

We do not control third-party platforms and are not liable for disruptions, ad disapprovals, or changes in performance.

All marketing materials, strategies, systems, and content created by Preneed Partner remain the intellectual property of Preneed Partner unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


10. Limitation of Liability

Preneed Partner shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Market fluctuations or industry changes

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.


11. Modifications

Preneed Partner reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
